From the inside

In YEL we want to consolidate and grow our values and our common strategy. We are driven by the desire to improve every day. We want each of our team members to feel as a key part and key performer in respect to the business evolution and growth, so we have vested in our HR area a strategic and active value. We pay close attention to every aspect of our job, from our working atmosphere to the quality of our services, searching always for ways to encourage our team members´ personal development.

We also understand that part of YEL`s work is performed beyond our premises, in our client´s offices. We try to extend our management and philosophy to those contexts, by holding regular meetings with our teams, visiting the different workspaces and following up the ongoing projects.
