All the management processes in place to provide our services are based on the ITIL.

However, we are not bound by any specific method or practice, on the contrary, we understand that by implementing the best practices and knowledge from different areas we can enhance our services and stand out from our competitors (COBIT, COPC, SOX, SCRUM, KANBAN, etc.).

From this search, we have frameworks for our own processes for our core services.

To comply with this commitment we have a Continuous Quality and Improvement area in the company that focuses in researching and implementing the best practices, regulations, methods and standards that are the state of the art of the IT Outsourcing market.

In November 2014 we achieved an ISO/IEC 20000-1:2011 certification, created specifically for IT services providers. We were the first business in the local market to achieve this certification. In 2020 we achieved recertification under the 2018 version.
